Beginning 8/17/25, Sunday mornings from 9:30-11:30am ET

A funny thing happens when we consider our own mortality, we reflexively, are reminded that we are alive. An apprenticeship, is a learning journey - in this case each of us will follow the teacher of our own life and for 3-months journey collectively into the lexicon of aliveness. Each month, in a guided and structured process - you will be given exercises, movements and contemplations to explore the journey of BIRTH_LIFE_DEATH.

Each month has its own focus, month one:BIRTH, two:LIFE, three:DEATH. These 3 movements represent the cycle of creation itself. Through the lens of tantra, we will stretch ourselves and imagine ways to know each of these phases of being.
