Rooted in respect of our bodies, these sessions help reduce stress, ease tension, and nurture connection—welcoming all levels to explore, restore, and feel supported wherever they are.
Birth is a process that begins way before we conceive and continues beyond labor. Birth transforms who we are as individuals and as partners. Birthing needs support, before, during, and after. HELD membership is my affordable offering to full-spectrum, year-long doula support. You are held in the full journey that birth is. From planning, to loss and grief, to birth support, and lactation.
TEND Membership is a monthly program offering proactive support for life’s final transition. Members receive access to small group and 1:1 end-of-life doula support, education, care planning, and Q&A sessions. Intensive hands-on care is available as add-on hours at $50/hr. TEND ensures trusted guidance, preparation, and continuity, helping individuals and families feel supported, informed, and ready when it matters most.

Video Library Member Access
TEND is a monthly membership designed to provide proactive, relationship-based support during life’s most significant transition. Rather than waiting until a moment of urgency, TEND members secure trusted access to end-of-life doula support, education and, care ahead of time.
For $40 per month, members receive priority access, education, care planning, and light consultative support—creating readiness, clarity, and continuity. When more intensive, hands-on care is needed, members can add doula hours at a clear hourly rate.
TEND is ideal for individuals, families, and caregivers who value preparation, consistency, and compassionate guidance. It is not about unlimited hours—it is about having the right support, at the right time, from people who already know you.

TEND
HELD is a 12-month membership designed to provide proactive, relationship-based support as you face the momentous journey that is birth. Rather than waiting until a moment of urgency, HELD members secure trusted access to full-spectrum doula support, small group education and, care ahead of time.
For $125/month with a 12-month commitment, members receive priority access, education, care planning, and light consultative support—creating readiness, clarity, and continuity. If available during actual labor, hands-on doula care can be provided. Lactation support for the first two months is also provided, through text and video note support and 2-live (zoom or in-person) consults to help navigate your unique lactation journey.
HELD is ideal for individuals, families, and caregivers who value preparation, consistency, and compassionate guidance. It is not about unlimited hours—it is about having the right support, at the right time, from people who already know you. This support is valuable for all members of the family unit.
